We provide corporations with customized solutions to workplace stress in order to reduce sick time and increase employee productivity.
We offer stress reduction sessions, team coaching and office yoga bodywork to improve posture, as well as stretches to increase flexibility, stamina and strength.
Exercises are designed to be integrated into the workplace. Also included are practical meditation tips on improving concentration and mental focus, practical help to ensure that employees are sitting with the proper posture, and improving confidence for public speaking. By the end of the session employees feel relaxed and energized.
These sessions can be booked as seminars, one-to-one sessions or as weekly 45-minute slots during the lunch hour.
